Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed. Once the product is received, we will process it and ship out a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the return. Since it was our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you happen to receive an item that is defective, the incorrect product, or if it is damaged in shipping, please fill out the RMA form (click here) and select the appropriate reason for return. We are not responsible for returns not received.
